Job Title: Painter

The Painter position is responsible for pre-treating parts and applying a powder coat paint finish.

  • Applies powder paint to parts using powder coating equipment.
  • Follows work order instructions regarding paint specifications.
  • Performs daily equipment checks
  • Wear proper personal protective equipment
  • Follows production schedule to ensure completion of daily tasks.
  • Responsible for final inspection of product to ensure it matches the work order requirements before painting.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with all Wold team members.
  • Regular and reliable attendance required.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Maintain compliance by completing daily/monthly/quarterly maintenance checks on machinery
  • Maintain general housekeeping of production/paint area
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of industrial painting experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work wearing required paint hood PPE
  • Regularly perform repetitive tasks
  • Regularly walk, stand, push/pull, grasp, kneel, sit
  • Regularly possess the ability to use hands and body to complete tasks quickly and accurately
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
  • General work areas are exposed to loud noise and dusty conditions. Must be able to work safely with exposure to miscellaneous materials and machinery.
